MindRelease ("we," "us," or "our") is provided by Papakazu Lab. We are committed to protecting your privacy while you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Data Collection & Usage

Local Storage: Your personal data, such as tasks, schedules, and icons, are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store this data on our servers.
AI Processing (Google Gemini): To provide AI-powered task insights, certain text data (e.g., task titles) is transmitted to Google Gemini API. This data is used solely for real-time analysis and is not stored by us to identify you.

Subscription Management (RevenueCat): We use RevenueCat to handle premium subscriptions. RevenueCat collects transaction-related information to verify your premium status.

2. Data Deletion

Since your data is stored locally, you can delete all your information at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your device.

MindRelease（以下、「当アプリ」）は、パパカズLab（Papakazu Lab）が提供するモバイルアプリケーションです。当アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱い、および利用規約について以下に定めます。

1. データの収集と利用

ローカル保存: ユーザーが入力したタスク、スケジュール等のデータは、原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当社がこれらのデータをサーバーで収集・保持することはありません。
生成AI (Google Gemini) の利用: AI機能を提供するため、タスクのタイトル等のテキストデータが Google Gemini API へ送信されます。このデータはリアルタイムの分析目的のみに使用され、個人を特定できる形で保持されることはありません。

2. データの削除

ユーザーのデータは端末内にのみ存在するため、アプリをアンインストールすることで全てのデータを即座に削除できます。

3. 利用規約 (EULA)

当アプリの利用には、Appleが提供する「標準の正規アプリケーション最終ユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）」が適用されます。
